Accommodation for the 11th night is for a standard Single, Double or Twin room only.
The 11th night must be pre-booked, is subject to availability and the card holder must advise at the time of reservation that they have a free night.
Please ensure your card is stamped at the time of the stay, stamps will not be issued after checkout or for past stays.
Stamps will only be issued to the cardholder settling their account directly with the hotel.
Room nights reserved as part of pre-packaged tour/itinerary, open dated vouchers or any other promotions or discounts are exempt. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer; negotiated corporate/conference rates or any commissionable rate or programme.
