  • Free nights must be redeemed within 12 months of the first date on the card.

  • Accommodation for the 11th night is for a standard Single, Double or Twin room only.

  • The 11th night must be pre-booked, is subject to availability and the card holder must advise at the time of reservation that they have a free night.

  • Please ensure your card is stamped at the time of the stay, stamps will not be issued after checkout or for past stays.

  • Stamps will only be issued to the cardholder settling their account directly with the hotel.

  • Room nights reserved as part of pre-packaged tour/itinerary, open dated vouchers or any other promotions or discounts are exempt. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer; negotiated corporate/conference rates or any commissionable rate or programme.

  • All reservations are subject to availability and at the time of the reservation guests must state they are a "Mainstay Stay Ten" card holder.
